Sellers by nature are not detail oriented so it is unrealistic to expect them to adapt to new systems for which they see no value.

A lot of company owners/execs make this mistake - they buy what the tech company has to sell without including all stakeholders in the decision. In this case your agents.

You will have to woo your agents. Figure out how your cost savings benefits them, then sell your sellers on the idea of using what you have purchased.
